ZODIAC HANDCHAINS LLC (“ZODIACHANDCHAINS.COM ,” “WE,” “US,” OR “OUR”) SHIPS WITH USPS PRIORITY MAIL/FIRST CLASS MAIL.
CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION AND ADDRESS VERIFICATION MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR TO SHIPPING ANY ORDER. PLEASE NOTE THAT CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION CAN TAKE UP TO 24-48 HOURS FOR APPROVAL.
UNDER NORMAL BUSINESS OPERATIONS SHIPPING TAKES APPROXIMATELY 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS SINCE ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS ARE CUSTOM MADE. IF THERE ARE SPECIFIC OR MORE CURRENT DELAYS THOSE TURNAROUND TIMES WILL BE LISTED AND UPDATED IN ALL PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS.
SHIPPING CHARGES MAY VARY DEPENDING ON THE FINAL SHIPPING DESTINATION AND ARE APPLIED AT CHECKOUT. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NONREFUNDABLE.
WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS ARE EXCLUDED FROM PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES, SO PLEASE ACCOUNT FOR NON-BUSINESS DAYS WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER. YOU SHOULD RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH TRACKING INFORMATION WHEN YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED.
DOMESTIC SHIPMENT CAN TAKE UP TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER THE ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED. ANY DELAYS DUE TO USPS OR DHL EXCEPTIONS AND WEATHER-RELATED DELAYS ARE BEYOND OUR CONTROL.
IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST, STOLEN OR MISDELIVERED WE WILL OPEN AN INVESTIGATION WITH USPS. ONCE THE INVESTIGATION IS COMPLETE, IF YOUR ITEM IS LOST IN TRANSIT OR DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS WE WILL REPLACE YOUR ITEMS OR ISSUE A REFUND IF THEY ARE NOT AVAILABLE. HOWEVER, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES IF AND WHEN DELIVERY HAS BEEN CONFIRMED. IF THE USPS DETERMINES THAT THE PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS WE ARE UNABLE TO ISSUE A REFUND.
IT IS THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MISDELIVERED PACKAGES DUE TO AN INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS BEING ENTERED BY THE CUSTOMER, OR IF A PACKAGE IS SHIPPED BACK TO US DUE TO AN INCORRECT OR UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESS. PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL SHIPPING INFORMATION IS CORRECT BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.
